Big Dance Band
13 musicians (2 violins, viola, violoncello, contrabass, flute, 2 clarinets / saxophones, trumpet, trombone, guitar / banjo, piano, percussion)
The Big Dance Band is intended for small to medium size ball and dance events. The formation corresponds to that of a typical salon orchestra of the 1920s and delivers the corresponding authentic sound. The major part of the ball repertoire (the Viennese dance music and the hits of the 1920s and 1930s) can be easily performed in this configuration.
