Wind Instruments

Christof Zellhofer received his musical education at the University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna with Josef Pomberger and at the Malmö Musikhögskolan with Bo Nilsson and Hâkan Hardenberger. In 2009 he graduated with distinction in Vienna.

His concert activities include performances in Austria and abroad with the Vienna Philharmonic Orchestra, Vienna Symphony Orchestra, the Orchestra of the Wiener Volksoper and the RSO Vienna.

Since 2009 he was intensively engaged in jazz trumpet and improvised music and also in regular concert activity with, among others, the Jazzwerkstatt Wien, the Orchestra of the Vereinigte Bühnen Wien and the Kurt Prohaska Trio.
